Luz McClinton, the first Filipina who won the Pro Fame Figure World Championship in the USA in 2010 and the only one with a figure bodybuilding title, was declared the world?s best at the recently concluded World Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation (WBFF) Southwest U.S.

Championship in Oklahoma, USA.

McClinton was the WBFF Pro Card Winner and Figure World Champion, beating famous health and fitness expert Ashley Horner. Horner was 2011 NPC West Coast Classic Overall Figure Champion, 2009 Darell Terrel first place figure, and 2008 Ms.

Figure New England first place and first place overall. Horner is also 2012 second runner-up in the BodySpace Spokesmodel Search of Bodybuilding.com, sixth place figure in the 2011 Fitness America, Universe, fourth place figure in the 2011 Arnold Classic Class D, third place figure in the 2009 San Antonio, second place in the 2008 Hot Body Da
