Rishma Malik is an award winning actress, television host and producer born and raised in Toronto. She has worked with directors such as Deepa Mehta, Kari Skogland and Charles Officer and appeared in a wide variety of television series including Degrassi, Good Witch and Bloodletting and Miraculous Cures.

Rishma has shared the screen with many notable actors including Naveen Andrews, Jessica Paré and Colin Mochrie.

After studying Cinema and Media Communications at York University, Rishma went on to win the title of Miss India Canada and with it, a trip to Mumbai.

She found herself immersed in the Bollywood scene and within a few short months was working as a VJ for Channel [V]. Soon she was dividing her time between Hong Kong and Mumbai, filing daily entertainment news reports and gaining valuable on-air experience as the Host of numerous shows with millions of viewers
